Easy to Make Nourishing Recipes:

 

 

 

 Fortified Milk

Add 2-4 tablespoons of skimmed milk powder e.g. Marvel or supermarket own brand to 1-pint (473ml) full fat milk.  Make this up in the morning and use it through the day in your drinks, cereals, pudding and sauces.
