What is the iPortion Plate:
This 10 inch porcelain iPortion Plate is divided into three sections (½ salad / vegetables, ¼ lean protein & ¼ wholegrain carbohydrates) and is a tried and tested way to lose weight. This simple yet very clever plate has really helped with controlling my portions. It’s clearly marked out, yet also very pretty! I found it particularly helpful for controlling the amount of carbs I was eating. These are used in one to one clinics to aid weight loss but also to reflect portion size of food groups in our structured diabetes education sessions CODE.
